【 Training for the new comers 】

Literacy class---

 

  • In order to let the new comers involve fast to the culture of the company, during the reporting day we had arrange the training for new comers 【 1 】 , to guide the new comers understand the environment of the company, manage system, welfare system, the instruction of the Information system, food, clothes, shelter, transportation etc. after the end of the lesson ,the new comers will report to their respective depart ment.

  • After the new comers had report to their respective department, each department will direc ted against the responsible work for the new comers, and will arrange the guide person to assist them to familiar the working environment and the rela ted procedures.

  • After the new comers had repor ted in the company within the 3 months will arrange the training 【 2 】 ,explanation is of the content for quality manage policy, information safety, industry safety etc.

Special lesson ---

Depends on the needs of the working knowledge , arrange the senior employee of the each department to guide the new comers, and complete the test and verify within the 3 months, to get the rela ted license.

 

【 on the job training system 】

In order to promote the Harvatek employee establish the

learning organization , Harvatek employee must accordance with each position that stipulate every year, participate the training lesson, the training content divides into general course, knowledge course, specialized course ,supervisor course; the result of the training will be include in the individual or dept. achievement .

The method to proceed the lesson:

  • The company training: depends on the company tactic and the annually target to bring up the training demand, plan the rela ted lesson, like: SPC gather statistic control, use of the QC 7 techniques, special case manage ,the English lesson theme and the supervisor manage training lesson.

  • Department training: in order to pass the experience, depend on the demand of the dept, each dept. will held the dept. training irregularly, share and discuss the report, to make up the same common language of the dept. and reach the dept. target.

  • OJT training; depend on the specially function , will implement the working training irregularly, to reach the effects of what they have learn.

  • Regular monthly company meeting: through the propagate and sharing of the manage concept ,establish the common view of team, to cultivate the backing support director.

  • External training: Depends on the post training demand request to participate the external training unit to establish the training lesson, in order to promote the employee special competition.
